Needs Assesment Steps
- We typically begin by conducting a GAP analysis which includes the review of existing HSE systems, programs, past incidents, insurance costs, facility conditions and practices.
- Review of existing HSE staffing and their capabilities.
- We then work with the cross–functional team to develop both short & long term strategies using a variety of tools including ISO’s 14001 Environmental Management system and OSHAS 18000 Health and Safety Management System.
- Encourage a web based approach.
- Discuss findings & conclusions with senior management.
- Finalize proposal.
- Provide assistance with the development and implementation.
